Description
Easy Digital Downloads – Acquisition Survey is a targeted plugin WordPress extension designed to uncover where your customers are coming from. By adding a simple, clean dropdown survey directly to the checkout screen, this extension enables store administrators to capture critical data regarding customer acquisition channels at the exact moment of purchase.
The plugin allows you to manage and customize the acquisition options easily from the backend, giving you the power to define specific marketing channels like social media, search engines, or word of mouth. This data is then recorded per order, allowing you to review individual responses or analyze aggregate data to optimize future advertising budgets and focus on high-converting traffic sources.
Engineered specifically for the EDD ecosystem, it works seamlessly with existing checkout workflows without slowing down the site. Developers can easily integrate this data into custom exports or third-party CRM platforms, making it an essential tool to build a data-driven strategy for digital product stores.
