Description
Bookly Waiting List Addon functions as an automated queue management extension that enhances the capacity of the standard Bookly scheduling ecosystem. It eliminates the manual effort of tracking cancellations by automatically prompting clients to join a waitlist when a specific service, staff member, or time slot reaches full capacity.
The plugin provides a backend interface for administrators to monitor waitlist volume, view client priorities, and manage queue positions. When an appointment is canceled or a new slot opens up, the system automatically triggers notifications to waitlist applicants via email or SMS, offering them the available slot based on custom priority rules. Bookly Waiting List Addon integrates seamlessly with automated payment configurations and customer profiles, preventing schedule fragmentation. Tightly coded for stability, it ensures high compatibility with premium responsive themes, standard page builders, and current versions of the WordPress infrastructure.
