Description
Most membership plugins treat every buyer as a solo user, which falls flat when a company wants to buy 10 or 50 seats for their team. MemberPress Corporate Accounts fixes that cleanly and professionally.
Here’s what it actually does:
- Company / Corporate Accounts – one main account pays the invoice (centralized billing)
- Sub-Accounts / Seats – admin of the company creates sub-users (team members) with their own login
- Bulk Seat Management – buy X seats at once, invite users via CSV or email, revoke seats if someone leaves
- Centralized Admin – company admin sees all sub-users, manages access, assigns courses/content, views team progress
- Role-Based Access – sub-users get the same membership level as the company account (or restricted roles if needed)
- Invoicing & Billing – company gets proper invoices (with company name, tax ID), recurring payments via WooCommerce Subscriptions
- Custom Registration Fields – add company name, tax ID, number of seats, department during signup
- Reporting – track company accounts separately, see total seats sold, active sub-users per company, revenue by corporate buyer
It integrates seamlessly with MemberPress core: all protection rules, content drip, courses, downloads, and restrictions work exactly the same for sub-users. You can even restrict certain content to “company admins only” while giving team members basic access.
Performance stays light—it’s just extra meta and user role handling, no heavy queries or front-end bloat. Works great with multisite, WPML/RTL, caching plugins (WP Rocket, LiteSpeed), and most membership add-ons.
