Description
The Bookly Service Extras Add-on expands the functionality of the standard Bookly WordPress plugin by enabling customers to select additional items, treatments, or products when booking a primary service. This extension is engineered for businesses looking to implement an automated upselling strategy, such as salons offering specialized hair treatments, clinics providing extra consultations, or cleaning agencies adding specific room cleaning options to their standard packages.
By deploying this add-on, administrators can configure an unlimited number of service extras, binding them directly to specific core services within the database. Each extra can be assigned a custom price and an additional time duration. When a client selects an extra during the front-end checkout process, the system automatically recalculates the final total cost and dynamically extends the time slot reserved in the backend calendar to prevent scheduling overlaps.
The module integrates natively with the existing Bookly scheduling infrastructure, ensuring a seamless user experience without requiring complex custom coding. It records all selected additions securely within the client booking details. The Bookly Service Extras Add-on delivers a lightweight, scalable, and stable solution to maximize profit margins and provide flexible booking customization within any professional WordPress environment.
