Description
The Bookly Ratings Add-on extends the functionality of the standard Bookly WordPress plugin by introducing a built-in customer feedback system. This extension is engineered for service-oriented businesses, such as clinics, salons, and consulting agencies, that rely on client satisfaction and continuous service improvement.
By deploying this add-on, administrators can automate the review collection process. Following a completed appointment, the system automatically sends a personalized email or SMS prompting the client to evaluate their experience. Customers can rate the specific service and the assigned staff member, providing both a numerical score and detailed written feedback.
The module integrates seamlessly into the existing Bookly backend, consolidating all customer reviews within the administrative dashboard. Managers can review feedback, calculate average staff ratings, and identify areas for operational improvement. Additionally, the add-on supports shortcodes to display aggregated ratings on the frontend, serving as social proof to increase booking conversion rates. The Bookly Ratings Add-on delivers a lightweight, scalable, and highly stable solution for reputation management within a professional WordPress scheduling environment.
