Description
The Bookly Group Booking Add-on expands the functionality of the standard Bookly WordPress plugin by enabling multiple customers to register for a single appointment time slot. This extension is engineered for businesses that offer shared services, such as fitness boot camps, educational workshops, guided city tours, and group therapy sessions, where maximizing capacity per scheduled event is crucial.
By deploying this add-on, administrators can define a maximum number of participants for any specific service directly within the backend dashboard. During the front-end reservation process, clients can select their desired group session, and the system automatically tracks remaining availability. Once the maximum capacity is reached, the time slot is automatically removed from the calendar to prevent overbooking. Furthermore, clients can specify the number of persons they are booking for in a single checkout flow.
The module integrates seamlessly into the existing Bookly database and notification infrastructure. It ensures that all registered participants receive automated confirmation emails and SMS reminders independently. The Bookly Group Booking Add-on delivers a stable, scalable, and highly optimized solution to handle multi-client scheduling and improve overall calendar efficiency within any service-oriented WordPress environment.
