Formidable Forms – Digital Signature is a specialized WordPress plugin add-on that enables users to sign forms electronically using a touchscreen, trackpad, or mouse. It eliminates the need for printing, scanning, and uploading physical documents by capturing legally binding signatures directly within your Formidable Forms. The plugin saves signatures as images attached to form entries, making it an ideal solution for contracts, non-disclosure agreements, service waivers, and registration forms that require official verification.

Description
Formidable Forms – Digital Signature is a professional extension designed to streamline the document execution process on any WordPress site. This plugin adds a dedicated signature field to the Formidable Forms drag-and-drop builder, allowing respondents to draw their signature with ease. Instead of managing external e-signature platforms, site owners can collect and store all signed documents within their own database, ensuring full control over sensitive data and reducing third-party costs.
The plugin is fully responsive and works perfectly on mobile devices, tablets, and desktops. Once a form is submitted, the signature is converted into an image file and stored with the entry, which can then be included in automated PDF exports or email notifications. It offers customizable options for the signature pad’s appearance, including line color and thickness, to match your site’s theme. For businesses needing a reliable way to collect digital consent or finalize service agreements, this tool provides a clean, integrated, and paperless workflow.
